anyone thinking that because there has not been any follow up announcement on the offer that alliance and quasar maybe talking turkey atm?
it looks to me like that offer is a long way from being satisfactory for alliance.
a lot of work to be done if quasar wants 100%.
as i see it today i think alliance would be best suited to hold on to what we have got.
