Prophecy International Holdings (ASX:PRO) has been granted an ASX trading halt in regards to an acquisition and related placement of new shares.
The halt will last until the earlier of the announcement being made or the start of trading on Friday, 10th July 2015.
Last month, the company noted that sales growth of its SNARE software products were at 117% year-to-date to the end of May.
Contributing to this growth is a new trend of users upgrading to its full function Enterprise software solutions from its Open Source solution to gain full security protection.
