oppies vs head

Seeing the SP go down for past few days made me think.
How a tech company with close to 1 million in revenue still trading at 2 cents.
I studied DMC website details like SEO, alexa rank etc. and read all major announcement for last 1 year.

I think part of the problem is lot of investor prefer to hold oppies instead of shares.
The number of oppies is quite huge and if exercised will almost double the market cap.
I hope management takes into account this and don't issue any free oppies .
They can give some discount or issue one free share for few share bought.
I will also write to investor services of CL8 raising this concern.
