On the 25/6/15 I emailed CFE & asked -
"As a reasonably long term shareholder in CFE I’d like to know whether any security has been put in place for the loan that was made to Timis Mining plus securities to cover any failure to pay royalties due? I know this is standard with loans but the announcement on 22/10/14 did not cover this point. With the current situation whereby TMC are in arrears with royalty payments this question is quite pertinent.
I look forward to your reply"
