take it from me, text books do not teach you a thing.
one will only start learning on the job. everything that is learnt in tafe, collage or tech can be left there.
the apprenticeship scheme as it is, is abhorrant. when i went to qld from wa i couldnt believe that to enlist the services of an apprentice of any year, that they had a pool from which to choose. in other words the government runs a labour hire company for apprentices.
