    I should add that having a floor price already there and if it does drop to the future indicated prices, what happens if the Chinese try and screw them down to market prices and TON say no. Do they go next door to SYR and do the deal? This negotiable floor price buisiness makes the initial floor price not worth the paper it is written on.
