    That's where you have it wrong Wazbee.
    The minimum floor price is the minimum floor price on product specification which is linked to a market price on this pretty low required specification. The deal is that the two parties would agree to sit down and discuss any potential changes to move forward in both parties interest should the market price of the given specification fall under the minimum sale price. There is no agreement to lower the floor price just an agreement they would sit round and talk.
