@aquamale28 ..... you raise some very interesting points .... the fact that 'sequestration' has never been mentioned in any of the LWP literature (that I can recall) could well mean that it is an angle that hasn't yet been addressed. Given that it has the potential to add another bow to the quiver I suggest you contact/email management with your findings ...... great work !
