PD thanks again for the report, very interesting read.. About to start the case studies... China has come a long way but thay also have a long way to go and a great report for partners to be across to ensure regulatory best practice can be put in place both in Moz and China.

Here's another report I came across when I was looking into the China graphite insulation mandate. The relevant part for TON and our Chinese partners is from page 22-28. Insulation is a massive area for Chinese energy reform and the money and scale of the change over the last 10 years is impressive whether a mandate is implemented for the use of graphite or not...it would appear that the companies manufacturing in the space can not keep up with demand as it is and will only fall further behind if the current rate of growth in demand continues. No wonder buyers send staff the the manufacturers factories to oversee and guard their order as you reported a while back.
