The worst thing that could happen is we will be no different than glaxo, regulus, galapagos, bayer, Astra zeneca . . . and pretty much every other company listed with an ADR on the nasdaq global select.
High end institutions will keep bntc. BTEBY will likely continue trading even if conversion is offered. Bnikf will likely trade until 2018. BLT will continue trading for as long as it maintains liquidity.
