The lessons from Bougainville Copper, have been forgotten, greedy ignorant landholders went from a more than generous royalty plus employment situation to an all out civil war, famine and anarchy. They would now dearly love to return to the status quo. The indigenous landholders here in Australia are rapidly heading also in that direction, unfortunately greed and ignorance seems to be a genetic makeup of some people.
