Agree that placement does not reflect today's situation. I would be getting shares issued @ 1.4c. Now I sell at todays price, laughing all the way to the Bank.
Management got this wrong by not having a clause that would allow issue price to be amended at time of issue using average VWAP of say 10 days before issue of shares.
Otherwise, VOTE NO to Resolution 1. Keep the loan and use it.

With a CR to happen after this issue of shares, we will be over 1 billion shares on issue. Then a consolidation of shares on a 1 for 10 basis??
I got out on Friday @ 4.2c.
Waiting for pullback to re-enter around 3.5c.
