To simply state it like this is ridiculous. If he had any understanding in the area he would not be talking like this. The adapt process has taken over 35 years to create, its what gives the bovine its fantastic qualities. There are many products out there with the same foundations but can vary significantly in performance. in a silly way to put it you can have all the ingredients to make Coke but without "that" process you end up with something tasting like Pepsi.
Its great to have opposing opinions, but in this case the opinion has no value.
