I am certainly not saying that he is right about AHZ......but he has raised issues about many other co's as well. For example Alchemia ACL selling the rights of its VAST technology which had an agreement for potential $240m in milestone payments with Astrazeneca to a company with the directors being an ex ACL director and senior executive for only $100k.
