At least unplug from the media which is globally organized to put across a certain narrative.
That's where a lot of the more belligerent posters seem to get their queues from.
It has been noted before that madness can be as a direct result of being lied to / misinformed, on a daily basis by media with agendas designed to turn us into unquestioning servants, much like happened in Germany in the lead up to ww2.
And swallowing the load of it.
