An EGM should be requisitioned to replace at least half the board (Murray & Nissen) & then institute a board review of management & operations.

A lot of their placements aren't through brokers but rather with traders ('mates'/insiders) who do like to see the price down then try & run it up & dump. Even the brokers involved have tended to be traders. What should trouble holders is the underwriting position taken by one broker/trader during the SPP. Try & tell Genner anything though - he thinks he knows it all: Yep you got it bigboy!!
