Good question.
And if there is a correlation a question is: which market is the dog that wags the tail? (If there is a dog and tail at all)
My experience seems to indicate that SPs tend to track to the value of SPPs. My understanding is that those who hold shares on the Nasdaq can't participate in the SPP (I could be wrong).
If this is true it will interesting to know what impact (if any) the SPP may have on the Nasdaq SP.
