Business & commercial acumen has always been questionable here. Even though it's debatable amongst others NW was probably the best foot they had there but parted ways. JCC has been a disheartening addition not in his expertise but in his unwillingness to invest. He has such a long vitae of wrapping and selling biotechs yet 3 years since his addition as NED and still not a 1 cent of equity either personally or through fund. A fairly simple assumption is that if he thought he could sell it he would be up to his gills in equity and standing much like where Hockings is (although probably buying up as opposed to down each time - markets generally follow the direction major holders are prepared to pay). Since his appointment it was always the sign that a buy out or major deal was on the cusp when JCC decided to back in equity but unfortunately it's all been waiting in vain thus far.
