    My childhood best mate never own a house. He has been a big believer in renting. I'm a big believer in home ownership. We tee off once a while & often have peaceful arguments about home ownership idea.

    Today, if I sell my 2 properties minus remaining debt on one of the house, I have $1.1 mil more than him.
