Amazing work. You single handedly raised the share price by almost 17%.. (A days notice for a buy in would've been nice.. Hehehe). I totally agree with all that you have done, and on top of that would love to see an outline of other offers on the table.
It may just have been media speculation but in the stories I have read there have been many offers.
I know when a company is being run poorly (reflected in its share price and lack thereof to do anything about it) but as for legal obligations companies have and my rights as a shareholder I don't know a huge amount.
