and my final point
Water.....ummmm WATER and WATER!!!! That is, the ability to produce (potentially?) low-cost drinkable water. I'd really like to see costings regarding the outlay for the power and the water, and some kind of break-down as to how much each liter/mega-liter (or whatever is the appropriate unit of comparison) would actually cost to produce.
This might be the piece of news that gets the SP moving north for all the speculators.
