Not sure about a big pay out but it wouldn't surprise me. I heard they are very erratic contractually and have been on the losing end of a few court battles but I don't know the quantum. I also heard that a lot of good people got tired of the "family culture" over the last few years and progressed to other businesses.

"Erratic" like their approach to the share buyback. They seem to have lost interest in it yet again. Someone should remind one (or both) of the two CEOs they can now buy their shares at the same price they were buying them at in May. What's changed?
