I would think enamco would be interested in reducing its percentage ( say down to 25%) to the right bidder for the right price upfront especially if it was deal maker.
eg: $200M cash upfront for 25% could be enticing,mind you that values DNK at $400M or around $2.80/share.
just a scenario but surely they would be interested.
I would think the suitor would definetely like to hold at least 80% or 100% with a tariff.
