It's quite simple really in that we have seen this scenario many times before with ags
The market long ago lost trust in this company has ceased to consider asset backing in determining its worth
Also heathgae isn't buying ags , only ace so the market doesn't expect the cash they get to add value to the company
In other words they will just piss it in the wind like they always do
Took me ten years to learn my lesson on this
