Wave and tidal energy to reach US $10b in 2020, page-2

It is always a bit surprising if not plainly absurd for reports to be extrapolating the anticipated spends years ahead when the basic forms of the technology have not even been established yet. This applies particularly for wave energy and tidal streaming. Prototypes might exist but have not yet consolidated into final forms.

I suspect that the report writers are either journalists or professional arm chair report writing companies. They have to stay employed, don’t they?
