Completely agree tricky. I'm not sure how necessary a CR was (the upcoming quarterly would have shed some light), but if they are going to CR doing it with an acquisition is the most palatable way to go.
Also agree that I'd love to see an acquisition that focuses on the US. Management have said before they putting structures in place to be ready for the CPT code launch.
