Unless they are major share holders who have to report a change in holdings you can't, and even that can be hidden behind nominal agents like funds or holding brokers, like short sellers.

I don't know if you can get a copy of the register on a daily basis and sift through the records but it sounds like an onerous task for no significant reason.

Volumes and sp rise/drop on a long steady basis says more than sharp moves and reversals or who is, other than directors who have to report, and they often do sell for reasons we all have that may not reflect our preferred actions.
