Yes CC, you're right of course. What I should have said is that we have an Offer and Acceptance and that this is binding. In our case it's a conditional agreement.
Some posters seem to believe that other offers will still apply. Well, yes, I guess they can if our Offer and Acceptance is terminated.
An Offer and Acceptance can only be terminated by (1) revocation (2) rejection (3) failure to accept on time (4) death and/or (5) failure of a condition.
What are the chances of termination? Not high I'd think but I'd be very happy if this O and A was terminated and another better Offer made
I'm not trying to be pedantic but this whole affair has been about contracts and agreements - the main one going back 13 or so years. Whatever our Board has agreed to now (and in the future) impacts hugely and directly on us all.

PS - My last post til we have something more definite to chew on. I've sold only 100,000; have another 50k sitting at a probably unattainable SP and, like botkiller, will hold the rest for better or worse. Good luck to all long term disappointed holders. What more can we lose?
