Interesting development!
1) Finally PEN Mgmt acknowledging there's sweet blow all they can do in the current environment to move PEN SP; ie the performance shares are an arbitrary and nonsensical measure for remuneration.
2) Perhaps this is the surest sign of all yet that the NYSE listing will come before mid October, and prior to that there will be a consolidation. Difficult to translate an 8c performance share if you have a consolidation for 10x or 20x or 100x.......what value to assign the performance share????
Anyone got any ideas what happens to PENOC if we have a share consolidation prior to the end of the year?
