What sort of leadership is this? This government has made cutbacks to welfare, family benefits, healthcare, education, pensions, pushed for a GP payment, the fuel tax and budget repair levy. It has stood before us all pontificating, calling an end to the Age of Entitlement. And yet, they do not practice what they preach. They say one thing and do another. It's that simple. It questions their legitimacy when the people in the crosshairs of government cutbacks must watch this behaviour. More so, when it is explained away as acceptable.
