We can go round in circles talking about the RWD NT issues (there aren't any) and we have.
I'm going to refrain from posting anything else on this subject except to say that I reckon there are three issues relating to the current issue at WDLAC and none are the fault of RWD or its shareholders.
Firstly there is the issue of WDLAC spending the money.
Secondly there is almost certainly an issue (for some) with the size of the Martu compensation (or whatever you want to call it).
Thirdly there is almost certainly a feeling amongst some that "the blackfellas" involved in all the deals have either acted in their own interests (or seen to have) or acted for the miner and not the Martu.
If RWD has acted legally and there is no reason to doubt this, then all of the above issues are issues that the Martu need to direct to their former board and remember when negotiating future deals.
Let's not forget that WDLAC were well and truly in the driving seat when they negotiated the LD deal mark 2.
