Where a JV forward program is committed, would all JV partners normally be required to put aside the budgeted moneys for that entire program before the program actually starts?
I have asked this question with respect to FAR specifically on HC recently and then rephrased it in a more general way to a deathly silence (refer posts 15651151 and 15652175 below). Whisky thought it would be well by well, but suggested I check with FAR. Seeing as you sound a bit closer to them than I am, you might be in a better position to pursue this or perhaps already know the answer?
