I emailed the company about the delay between ACG's CPT code announcement and UCM's being two weeks later. The response was they wanted complete clarification that the BP+ complied with the code's definition before announcing it to market. As far as I know that hasn't changed, if it has UCM would need to announce it.
After thinking about it today I believe I will subscribe to the SPP. For my current parcel it is frustrating to see the company raise at the 52-week low, but I do like the acquisition and 15c represents a good opportunity to average down if the price remains in the high teens.
