People are cautiously buying all day. Again, the shorters intentionally depressed the price at the end of day.
They seemed to know FIL was unloading in these months and knew that price would go down. Then dump again and again to make a predictable profit. Fundamental is not matter. These manipulators are controlling. The stock market regulators seem can't do anything to stop their behaviour. Small investors without knowledge are just gambling.
PDN seems to be turning around fundamentally. We need some big boys to notice and buy, to squeeze the shorters. Hopefully the Japan restarts will change. People are skeptical until they actually push the start button.
