    Bill Gates' startup investment vehicle Microsoft Ventures is a big investor... as is Europlay Capital Advisors of Skype and Covata fame, as is Raven Capital, as is Jackie Yeung.

    Similar setup to AZK

    Price rose from 2c to 3c pre-announcement, gapped up on deal day, now consolidating before a big run

    No consolidation required, no lowball placements - price can be left to roam free like AZK and we can raise at 10c or whatever the market says its worth
