It could have been as simple as processing an NdPr rich batch of concentrate. It isn't a uniform 23.8% throughout the whole CLD.
Alternatively they could be storing the balance of 800t+ of unprocessed leachate after extracting the NdPr, which is probably all low value LaCe.
What would the volume of 800t of product still in solution be?
