I think SLM is very cheap at 2.99. It was 6$ about a year ago, and its future looks bright, brighter than others in many cases. Its expected growth is 10% and earnings to be the same if not higher annually. It has spent money on restructuring and development lately, and thus has cut into profit - hence casuing a SP drop. With this infrastructure completed and an impressive management, it is up from here imo.
