seawash, they have announced the share rights in july instead of August, because it is plainly obvious from this announcement that the takeover is a goer, and they need to lock their rights in before that announcement is made. I will bet my balls that there is a provision for the rights to be converted in the event of a T/O. All though it is galling for these blokes to think they are entiittled to the rights under the current circumstances, I am very happy with this ann because it has basically told us that the takeover almost complete.
