yeh, that's my point.
why would you go into a JV with a mysterious company that doesn't even have a cyber footprint for a [email protected]%prospect at a time when you are also negotiating a strategic merger to advance your projects in Oman?
not saying it isn't worth diversifying, but i can't really see it being high on the list of priorities, unless of course it is to go public with a strategic partnership that has been building for some time now, with another end in mind.
