No that is from an ANZ internal report I read but I'm sure I saw it in the mainstream press a couple of months later (it was number of purchases, not $ value and was an indication that most new apartments buildings in Sydney and Melbourne are being sold exclusively through Chinese oversea property trade fairs.
Anyway Simon this should make you very happy as you can welcome even more foreign investment than you thought there was. And hopefully your next post will offer up a point of your own.
