fundamentals are powerful

The bottom line is that it doesn't matter if some existing shareholder or not dumps its URL stock just because it wants to raise some funds. URL has tremendous underlying value, not just in its Roseby project (which has an NPV of many times the current share price) but also across all of its other gold, copper and uranium potential opportunities. Its a big capital market out there and somebody picking up 10 - 15% in URL is small fry - barely even peanuts. Any sale at the most might result in a very short term dip but at the end of the day true fundamentals will play through always.
