There's a stack of cash in the bank, great land, high grade resources, profitable operations, viable development/expansion plans, and good management.
Stability in the DRC is really the only risk left with this one. And even then, the DRC seems to be making good progress if you can believe what you read. Elections in a couple of months are critical, but the UN has some sense of purpose in helping it happen.
