    Everybody appears to be overjoyed at the news that the QUT has transferred ownership of IP to TIS.
    It may well be that the previous arrangement was a deliberate strategy to have a barrier to a takeover.
    Now the way is clear but will you be happy with a 6c takeover offer ?
