Yes, same Merck I believe. This acquisition looks set to go through with approvals out of EU and China. Could be Merck is looking to improve its performance in this area, hence the purchase? Very early to determine if Mr. Market cares about this ann. Suggest it's still being ingested by many and not seen yet by most private investors (who don't spend way too much time hovering around HC like us....).
