No I suspect that it means we are likely to pay Nagrom around $2m to $3m in cash for their 50% when it is all done and dusted. at least the discount is sensible and it will allow us the cash to acquire 100% of Tabba Tabba. Pricing of Options is not too bad but might look generous in 3 months time.
