I think what this agreement also does, is opens the door to a large number of customers in the US, who may never have "signed" an agreement to use M&G or AMG products.
This may be particularly relevant to many government department and contractors, who in some case may be required to buy from US distributors due to policy or supply contracts. I'm thinking along the line of the The National Institutes of Health (NIH), as we already know that some area within this massive organisation have used M&G in research.
