News: migme Limited signs partnership with Sony Music India

migme Limited (ASX:MIG) has signed a partnership with Sony Music India that will see new artists introduced to the migme platform.

This follows its expansion into the country in June after signing up seven high profile Indian artists through celebrity and sports management agency CAA Kwan.

Under the agreement with Sony, migme will be a new social media channel for local artists and bands.

These artists can engage in a range of digital activities including the posting of music, images, video, contests, campaigns and live chat.

In return, they will receive a share of revenue generated from the sale of virtual goods and gifts.
