Curious they didn't mention a price, guess Mark has some ego issues and doesn't want to admit how wrong he was, he needs to be given the flick IMHO, two aquisitions and two failures including now putting the core brand into a tenuous position.
Also seems like a good time to give the market some info on results, otherwise why even make this announcement now?
Could've just waited till results announcement to inform us.
