    "You never take delivery of your paper cows do you skol?"

    Skol probably doesn't, but plenty do. But they mostly cash settle their futures contracts and buy against that settlement at locations that are more convenient for delivery.

    The same thing happens on COMEX gold every day. Have you ever wondered what those 7,511 EFP (Exchange for physical) contracts are?
