IMHO, as one Mod explained to me, we are held to a higher standard than holders.
As holders outnumber others by about 100 to 1, it is always going to be the case than others will TOU a non holder far more than a holder, thus the Mods workload increases. So we are held to a high standard, as is evidenced by some of our friends who despite being on holiday week after week are allowed to post and start complete rubbish
